Please read the following terms and conditions prior to purchasing or depositing  money into your account. By placing an order with Promoticed, you automatically accept all the below listed term of services whether you read them or not.

Social Media Management:


You are granting Promoticed, its affiliates, directors, employees and/or other representatives the non-exclusive right to share, alter and otherwise use your content, name (brand or personal), logos, images, pictures, accounts, other, etc (Content) for the sole purpose of promoting and spreading awareness of said content as we see fit to do so. You allow this content, in all forms, submitted to us by you, to be used in various locations on the internet for an indefinite amount of time at our own discretion. You agree that you are authorized to submit this content to us. You also confirm that no material submitted is unauthorized or is being used with out explicit permission from the rights holder(s). We reserve to screen content before use. We reserve the right to deny some content from being promoted by us. We will not promote hateful, pornographic, violent, or spam/scam content.

Social Media Engagement Services:

Social media engagement services are provided via

  • Disclaimer: Promoticed aims to provide the highest quality Social Media Marketing services available however we will not be responsible for any damages that may occur to you, your social media accounts or your business from the use of our services, whether damages are foreseeable or not.
  • Liabilities: Promoticed is in no way liable for any account suspension or post deletion done by any other social network.You agree to use our services at your own risk and to hold Promotice and our partners completely harmless. Any losses should be taken up with the social media network and not with us.
  • All orders should complete within 48hours but it can take up to 14 days to complete. We will work to deliver orders as quickly as possible. If your order has taken longer than 14 days from the purchase date to comeplete, please email
  • It is common practice for Facebook, Twitter, Soundcloud, and other social media sites to remove accounts which they believe are spam. In this event we are happy to replace lost followers within 30days of your purchase ONE (1) time per purchase. This means that after you submitted an order you have ONLY 30 days to report any problems with your order. After that nothing will be Replaced or Refunded!


Neither Promoticed, nor any of its affiliates, directors, mangers, employees or other representatives will be liable (whether under contract, tort, statute or any other way) for any losses or damage (whether such losses were foreseeable or not) suffered by the use of our services, such as loss of data; loss of profit; loss of revenue; loss of business or opportunity; or any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of our services or the results of using our services. Promoticed will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. You understand that you are using our services at your own risk. You agree to hold Promoticed & all partners harmless.



Some services may require that we collect login information for your social media accounts. We take your privacy seriously and will never share your information with anyone. We will ask that you make a temporary password for us to use so that you can change it after our service is complete. All personal information is encrypted and stored safely offline. User agrees to use responsibly and only for the intention for which it is designed to be used. User agrees not to attempt to change anything on the site or compromise the security of the website.



You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. Instead you will contact us directly to resolve your issue.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the services received then you may qualify for a full or partial refund. You must cancel any open subscriptions and notify us of your refund request via email no later than Fourteen (14) days after your current subscription has ended.  Only Promoticed support managers have the authority to issue refunds. Promoticed has full discretion to decided whether a full or partial refund will be issued. We will review all cases and issue you a refund within Thirty (30) days if we cannot fix the problem. For social engagement services:

You can request order cancellation if your order was not completed within 4 days. Money will be refunded to you or to your balance at your Promoticed account. Your balance is not redeemable for cash once deposited. We reserve the right to decide whether a refund, partial refund, or no refund will be issued. This is on a case by case basis.
